In addition to the presentation of exclusive content by top-class plenary and keynote speakers, our panel discussions enable an active engagement with relevant issues around green production – also for you as a participant. Via app, you can already ask your individual questions during the presentations, which our experts from industry and science will discuss afterwards. The impulses from the expert presentations will also be taken up and discussed during the panel discussions.
The versatile event format of AWK’23 once again offers its participants the opportunity to get to know the WZL of RWTH Aachen University and the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT both on site. On both days of the event, the gates will open to allow visitors to tour the machine halls and experimental facilities. The experts from both institutes will provide visitors with a compact and balanced overview of how the “Internet of Sustainability” can be used as an enabler for “green”, sustainable production.
In addition to the lecture program, leading German and European companies from industry and business will present their innovations on the topic of “Empower Green Production” on an exhibition area of approx. 3,000 m² at AWK’23. The industrial exhibition not only offers an exclusive insight into the production of the future, but also allows participants to experience the unique networking character of the AWK: Promising new products will be presented in an exchange with exhibitors who operate at the interface between production and IT.
